4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our app is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of our app following any changes shall signify your acceptance of such modifications.

10. Refund Policy for In-app Tokens

The in-app tokens purchased can be used exclusively within our app. If you wish to request a refund, the following conditions apply:

• All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds will only be considered if the purchased tokens have not been spent or used within the app.
• Once a refund is approved, the equivalent tokens will be deducted from your account.
• Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process and will be credited back to the original payment method.
• To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team providing your purchase details and reasons for the request.
